AROVE Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase products through AROVE’s subscription service (“Subscription”). By enrolling in a Subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
Our Subscription program provides automatic recurring deliveries of AROVE products at a discounted price. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you pause or cancel.
2. Subscription Discounts and Benefits
Subscribers receive 20% off regular retail prices for eligible AROVE products.
The following products are eligible for subscription: AERIOUS Shampoo, AERIOUS Conditioner, and ILLUMINOUS Ultra Hydrating Hair Oil.
The AERIOUS Duo is not eligible for subscription discounts.
Discounts apply as long as your Subscription remains active.
We may update subscription pricing, benefits, or product eligibility, but we will notify you in advance of any changes.
3. Billing & Payment
By subscribing, you authorize AROVE to charge your chosen payment method at the selected frequency (e.g., every 1, 2, or 3 months).
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and compatible methods (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or standard credit/debit card).
If your payment fails, our system will retry billing up to five (5) times over a 14-day period. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be automatically canceled.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Subscription orders are processed according to your chosen frequency and delivered per our Shipping Policy.
If a subscribed item is out of stock, we will email you to ask if you prefer to skip the shipment or wait for the item to be restocked and shipped once available.
5. Changes, Pausing, or Cancelling
You can manage your Subscription any time via your Subscription Management Page or by logging into your account. You may:

Skip the next shipment

Change delivery frequency

Cancel the Subscription
Important: Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle. Cancellations after billing has processed apply to the following delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed and shipped.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@arovebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements for such items are handled under our Return Policy.
7. Price Changes
We may adjust product prices, discounts, or shipping rates at any time. If such changes affect your active Subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before your next billing date.
8. Termination by AROVE
We reserve the right to cancel a Subscription at our discretion, including:

Repeated payment failures

Product discontinuation

Misuse of the Subscription service (e.g., fraudulent activity)
If we cancel your Subscription, we will notify you and refund any prepaid, unfulfilled orders, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
AROVE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping carrier issues, strikes). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this Subscription Policy is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Subscription order in question.

11. Governing Law
This Subscription Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
